An agent is assigned to the property, who will make sure all maintenance work is done on time and appropriately, and will provide a detailed weekly report to Owner.

MR counts with a well trained “in house” Maintenance team, capable of performing minor repairs such as paint, wood protection, electrical, plumbing, A/C, etc.

Our team is formed by 3 technicians and a manager, all of them highly knowledgeable on Punta Mita. For all mayor repairs or maintenance tasks, MR has developed a group of professional and reliable contractors.
